English Tuesdays - finally, accepting English-speaking blood donors in Oslo

Oslo Blood Center is happy to announce that we can now receive blood donors who communicate in English. 

In a pilot project, our specially trained personnel will conduct blood donor interviews at the donation center in Ullevål Hospital. 

To donate, you will need to fulfill all our criteriae for blood donation, please find attached information Information about blood donation.

As our website is mainly in Norwegian, except for Donor information in English, we do advise you to contact us with any queries either by e-mail or telephone. Registration though our Online registration will be available in English soon. 

At present, blood donation in English is possible only in Oslo.

IMPORTANT: Persons who have lived in Great Britain for > 1 year (cumulatively) between 1980 and 1996 can not donate blood in Norway.
